Responsibilities
- Serve as HR Business Partner for Southeast Asia Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand).
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organization design, and change management.
- Translate business goals into people strategies and initiatives.
- Drive performance management, talent management, capability building, and D&I initiatives across the subregion.
- Advise and manage complex employee relations issues with legal / compliance support as needed.
- Align HR policies, standards, and best practices across countries and the APAC region.
- Lead recruitment for key positions; build strong external talent pipelines and manage search firm partnerships.
- Deliver HR programs, trainings, and engagement initiatives.
- Support compensation & benefits (benchmarking, pay structures, rewards) and provide data-driven workforce insights.
- Partner with regional / global HR teams on projects and strategic initiatives.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master is a plus.More than 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.Strong experience in organization design, performance management, C&B, and talent acquisition.Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.Regional / multi-country exposure preferred.Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.Proficient in HRIS systems, HR analytics, PowerPoint, and Excel.What we offer
