Job descriptionOwn the Malaysia territory : build and convert a proactive pipeline; meet / exceed quarterly targets (hunter role). Prospect & qualify in priority segments (electronics, automotive, EV, automation, general industry). Lead technical discovery with customers; translate process needs into dosing proposals and quotations. Provide onsite support / setup and coordinate troubleshooting with SG / HQ as needed. Frequent travel required. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle : demos, trials, proposals, negotiation, closure, and handover. Maintain accurate CRM / forecast and account plans; report market intel and competitor activity (dispensing / pumps). Partner with application / engineering team to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction
