They have an excellent track record working many high profile clients including numerous 5-star hotel groups, investment banks, MNCs, luxury shopping malls, education institutions, house of worships, leisure and entertainments.

Responsibilities :

• Performing engineering duties such as planning, engineering design, tender, testing and commissioning.
• Produce MEP designs and engineering support in large scale projects.
• Lead and manage full mechanical design lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and industry best practices.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage performance of all consultants, contractors and other external vendors.
• Participate in client meetings, incorporate their feedback effectively, and forster enduring professional relationships.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical due diligence studies.
• Coaching junior engineers.
• Occassional overseas travel may be required to join customers' project meetings.
