Key Responsibilities

Lead the full product lifecycle — from research, positioning, and planning to launch and post-launch performance.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide product direction, pricing, and differentiation.

Translate strategy into actionable requirements for production, marketing, and sales teams.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure products meet both customer expectations and business goals.

Develop product training materials and tools for sales and marketing enablement.

Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches.

Monitor performance, optimize inventory levels, and adjust strategies to maintain product availability and profitability.

Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for management decision-making.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in product management, sales, business development, marketing,  or related fields.

Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Exposure to distribution, enterprise sales, or industrial brands is an advantage.
