Responsibilities

Communicate product specification and pricing to the customer
Liaise with Project Dealer on the progress of the tendering
Liaise with Finance on the application of new account for new customer
Liaise with Technical Support team if there is need for design
Liaise with Sales Admin on the delivery of product to customer
Update Sales Planning on the progress of each project
Communicate customer complaint to the relevant party and recommend improvement action
Provide technical support & training to dealers & contractors
Expand and serve contractor
Secure project in the market

Job Requirements

Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / E&E Engineering studies or any other related discipline

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related discipline

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Skills & Knowledge

At least two years of working experience in related industry

Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill

Added advantage if able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
