About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – After Sales to join our Service Department. You will play a key role in supporting customers, resolving HVAC / chiller technical issues, and ensuring smooth service operations across local and international markets.

What You Will Do

Provide remote and onsite technical support for HVAC / chiller products.
Lead advanced diagnostics, repairs, and testing for escalated cases.
Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to drive product improvements.
Prepare and maintain service documentation, manuals, and technical bulletins.
Support warranty evaluations, parts verification, and replacement logistics.
Manage SAP documentation (SO, DO, PGI) and coordinate shipments.
Analyze service data and customer reports to identify trends and propose corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC field service or technical support.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in chiller systems.

Ability to read and understand Chinese-language technical documents will be an added advantage (speaking proficiency not required).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred).

Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with a collaborative team spirit.
