Junior System Analyst

This role is responsible for providing technical support and you will be part of a team that implements changes to existing systems and develops new ones. You will engage with a variety of business solutions from ERP, CRM, robot software, and Microsoft PowerBI and PowerAutomate. The aim of the department is to digitize as many repetitive tasks as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for ERP and other business software, including diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues.
• Maintain software, applications, and databases.
• Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports for Business Intelligence in Microsoft Power BI according to user requirements.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Robot Process Automation in Microsoft PowerAutomate.
• Hands‑on involvement in development, implementation, and testing of new applications, Power Platform apps, and improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all designed solutions.
• Provide support to users to analyze and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
