Overview
Director, Corporate Sales (Group Treasury & Markets) role responsible for pricing, execution, product development, and client engagement to deliver tailored treasury and markets solutions for corporate clients. Ensure regulatory and internal controls are maintained while driving revenue growth across CIMB’s network.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations related to client pricing and execution of trades, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Price derivatives, structured products, and transactions to facilitate clients’ requirements
- Collaborate internally with trading, structuring, and credit teams, and coordinate with other departments to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Independently originate, price, and present ideas focused on liability hedging and yield enhancement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal control standards to maintain governance integrity
Product Development and Management
Drive products solutioning across multiple asset classes to meet desk P&L targets and budget goalsLead the development and enhancement of new and existing structured products to drive growthStay informed on international, regional, and local market trends to proactively manage risk exposureKeep up-to-date with regulatory and accounting changes impacting product structuringClient & Stakeholder Engagement and Pitch Creation
Collaborate with structuring to develop and deliver compelling pitch materials and proposals for clientsEngage directly with clients to understand their needs and present innovative solutionsSupport client onboarding and post-sale relationship management by providing technical expertise and ongoing structuring adviceStrategize and drive revenue growth with Corporate and Commercial business leads across the CIMB networkAssist in product trainings and provide regulatory & market updates to clients and / or internal stakeholdersJob Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the financial markets, in either a sales or trading capacityKnowledge of derivative pricingIn-depth knowledge of product trends and developments, including the rules and regulations in the domestic and international landscapesQuantitative and analytical background i.e. comfortable working with numbersProficient in the usage of various work-related applications i.e. Murex, Bloomberg, MS Office suiteEnd-to-end project management with clear deliverables and outcomesLeadership and coaching skillsNote : Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
