Overview
Maintain daily transaction of Account Payable CIC Group of Companies. Monitor daily collection. Maintain monthly bank reconciliation. Manage monthly petty cash and groceries from centre. Assist Manager for audit and taxation process for CIC Group of Companies. Monitor bank statement and loan statement. Other tasks required by Manager. Other task as instructed by Top Management.
Responsibilities
- Process and record daily accounts payable transactions
- Monitor daily cash collections
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Manage monthly petty cash and related centre groceries
- Support Manager in audit and taxation processes
- Monitor bank and loan statements
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager and Top Management
