Finance Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team at Tecumseh .

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Maintaining bank book, accounts receivable and payable in up-to-date status with accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing payment for overseas creditors and local creditors.
• Preparing an official receipt for overseas customers once payment is in our foreign currency account.
• Performing accounts payable, such as verifying all invoices for payment, ensuring expenditures are charged to the appropriate account.
• Preparing overseas and local debtor’s statement.
• Performing any other related duties as required by management from time to time.
• Additional responsibilities as instructed by superiors.
