1.Plan, execute, and optimize inbound and outbound marketing plans, campaigns, and new products from ideation to launch to achieve overall business goals at least 4 months before the event.
2.Plan and prepare advertising and promotional materials to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies.
3.To operate within the department's allocated budget.
4.Must make sure all A&P-related materials and information reach stores and follow up with the team.
5.Execute all promotions, not limited to internal ones, to boost company achievement.
6.To compile a review of each event, promotion result, or SNS result and submit the final review to the superior.
7.CSR Events : To plan whole-year events together with the team.
8.Develop and implement strategies that expand the customer base, boost sales, and increase traffic, utilizing customer care that extends beyond membership loyalty programs.
9.Be consumer-centric and to utilize your understanding of consumer needs to build effective product or service solutions and to create unique brand experiences for our consumers.
10.Encourage joint sales promotion activities in cooperation and coordination with SCs and developers
11.As part of the team, to be involved in various marketing activities (physical or digital) such as special events, campaigns, and limited-time promotional efforts.
12.Willing and able to travel for business trips as required by the company to fulfill work responsibilities.
13.Perform ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the superior / management as well from the holding company in Japan.
