Job descriptionPlan and generate delivery schedules. Support the processing of customer orders and complaints. Manage Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) by tracking updates and keeping customers informed of any changes in delivery dates or technical updates during production stage. Monitor and track all pending orders, as well as the pull-in and pull-out status, for each customer in the system. Follow up on customer request and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses. Other roles and responsibility assign by company.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Prioritization and planning skills.
- Highly motivated and independent.
- Experience in the manufacturing field.
- Good communication and sense of urgency.
- Able to network and work well under pressure.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Penang, Bayan Lepas.
