Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in leading interior design or construction projects.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to forecast and prepare project reports for KPIs.

IDEATION SDN BHD is an all‑in‑one manufacturer & interior design & built contractor with 100% Bumiputera status & certified license from MOF. It started operation as Nouveau Interiors in 2000, majoring in interior design & built projects. Incorporated in March 2010 and founded by Industrial / Furniture Designer En Zafri Zakaria Merican, IDEATION accommodates furniture & interior design projects requiring professional consultancy, fabrication, project management, contract procurement, etc. OEM manufacturing plants are located in Ulu Yam Bharu (panel & woodworking), Rawang (metal & lab benches), Batu Caves (upholstery & soft furnishing), and Ijok (workstation & chairs), enabling fabrication of various furniture types.
