To date, our portfolio consists of more than 300MW of commercial, industrial & government projects across Southeast Asia and South Asia regions. Ditrolic Energy is more than a solar photovoltaic system provider. We offer a fully integrated infrastructure as a whole for renewable energy in Malaysia. We supply our customers with new energy mix solutions, including energy storage & other renewable energy sources, to enable access to clean energy in order to achieve net-zero carbon goals.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the executive operation lead for the CEO and senior management team.
- Represents CEO in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages the CEO calendar and prioritizes their time and schedule.
- Drafts letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Supports CEO in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.
- Acts as the liaison between CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and involvement or decision-making at the proper time.
- Participates with the CEO and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO.
- Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.
- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Establishes standards and procedures for hiring and managing the office staff and personnel for the CEO.
- Maintains accurate confidential files and data records.
- Demonstrates written and verbal communication skills, time management, organizational skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, relationship building, attention to detail, patience, flexibility, and a positive outlook.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong career integrity, due diligence, and attention to detail.Strong understanding of ESG and familiar with sustainability reporting frameworks.Able to analyse and evaluate large data sets for effective representation in a timely and accurate manner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
