Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and post content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and possibly LinkedIn)
- Develop content ideas, campaigns, and themes aligned with brand voice and product roadmap
- Monitor trends, social listening, and competitor activity
- Engage with community (comments, DMs, UGC) to build brand affinity
- Collaborate with design, growth, and product teams to produce content assets
- Track performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach) and deliver weekly / monthly reports
- Suggest optimizations and iterate based on data
What You Bring to the Table
2+ years of experience managing social media (especially for brands or consumer apps)Strong content sense : storytelling, copywriting, visuals, video formatsProficiency with social tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)Good with data — comfortable reading performance metrics, interpreting insights, and adaptingExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environmentCreative thinking + ability to move quickly with changing prioritiesBonus (Nice to Have)
