Project Manager for Packaging Manufacturing Company (US-Based / Remote)

Job descriptionOwn and manage project timelines from sampling to final delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and factories to ensure smooth execution. Monitor quality control processes and escalate issues when needed. Prepare and update quotations, documents, and project trackers. Track margin opportunities and monitor client profitability. Maintain reporting dashboards (Lark) to ensure accurate, up-to-date records. Collaborate with Logistics, Social Media, and Factory teams. Translate client briefs into actionable supplier steps. Attend internal meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment. Manage and prioritize communication with clients and suppliers. Keep project documentation organized and updated in Lark or other systems. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and systems. Business acumen and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Experience in the manufacturing / packaging industry Experience managing client-facing projects in supply chain, logistics, or DTC / e-commerce brands (preferred). Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment . Medical insurance to support your health and well-being.
