Handle all maintenance matter for all Texas Chicken outlets and HQ office Improve maintenance procedures and ensure its implementation Monitor and control monthly maintenance expenses versus approved budget Ensure Plan Preventive Maintenance contracts for all building services and kitchen equipment are carried out in timely manner Keep track on all maintenance contracts and perform renewal during its expiry Manage maintenance stock includes consumable, spare parts, and lighting / bulb Review & approve quotations for maintenance job which need to be out sourced Maintain proper filing of documents Make sure all outlets are in tidy condition, especially electrical room, discharge points, fire protection services or any other facilities with compliance with building by-law Carry out inspection and check on contractor / supplier work, including testing and commissioning prior to new store opening Manage relationship with contractors, suppliers, outlet managers and landlord’s maintenance personnel Manage daily outlet repair works with the team To document all disposables parts Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports with accuracy and submit on time Liaise with building management on maintenance or other issues Work closely with Operations and other relevant departments to ensure smooth running of the outlet’s operations Manage on other works deem suitable from time to time Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or Head of Department and / or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time. Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical engineering or Electrical & Electronic engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years and above experience in managing a team of maintenance in F&B or relevant industries Practical experience in production automation system development and implementation projects. Knowledge in computer usage, email, PowerPoint presentation, Excel data analysis, and report writing Able to work independently with minimum supervision and well-equipped with a multi-tasking ability and goof team player Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Unlock job insights
