Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehiclesTake orders in person, over the phone or by email.To check availability of parts on computerised stock recordsGreeting customers and directing them to an available technicianConsulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairsAnswering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessaryTo prepare the weekly and monthly sales reportInforming customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked upEnsure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standardsInvoice and collect payment from customers for services renderedMaintain customer records and enter data into computer databasesEnsure office and reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material , forms and brochures)Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line managerMultitasking skill is essential for this positionJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
