Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, transformation, and growth journey. This role plays a pivotal part in driving business improvement, managing change, and aligning financial objectives with corporate strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, with the foresight to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and propose impactful strategies that enhance shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Change Management

• Drive organizational transformation initiatives to strengthen financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Partner closely with the CEO and business leaders to define and execute strategic priorities.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business expansion.
• Lead change management across finance and related business functions, promoting a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of group financial management including accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for a public listed entity.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices across the group.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support growth and profitability targets.
