Assistant Executive

The Job :

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Assist in promoting products, upsell and cross-sell to achieve sales targets.
• Assist in setting up promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events at Morten Walk.
• Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, labeling, and arranging merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Process transactions accurately via multiple payment methods (cash, debit / credit card, Touch 'n Go, and e-wallet).
• Ensure proper issuance of receipts and refunds in accordance with company policies.
• Balance and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or fast-moving items to the supervisor / manager.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and organized product displays.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the store environment.
