General Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external trainings and workshops
• Organize, implement, and facilitate events (clients) including lectures and workshops
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, compliance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies
• Manage, build, and strengthen relationships with key Dental HCP / Opinion Leaders
• Oversee all payments and reconciliation related to HCP activities, agency work, sponsorships, etc.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for related portfolio
• Align Marketing Development plans with strategies / priorities and ensure their effective execution to achieve business objectives
• Work collaboratively to establish consensus on client‑specific priorities, including pricing strategies, forecasting, competitor analysis, and product positioning
• Conduct in‑depth competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats in the market
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations where applicable
