Assistant Manager, Leasing Fit Out

Responsibilities

• Support the leasing team in managing tenant agreements and documentation.
• Oversee fit-out and renovation works for new tenants.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in fit-out processes.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for leasehold improvements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve tenant-related issues.
