Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting sales operations, and ensuring smooth administrative processes, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue daily invoices and delivery orders (DO).
- Coordinate and manage courier arrangements to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle basic account tasks, including preparing payment vouchers.
- Share and manage customer statements of account.
- Maintain proper filing by scanning and organizing DOs into folders on a daily basis.
- Assist with daily tasks and follow up on requests from sales person and superior.
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good attention to detail and accuracy.Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative processes is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).A team player with a positive attitude.Able to work in Kepong Industry ParkWorking hours from Monday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm and Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm.Why Join Us?
