Senior QS / Estimator

Our Client :

We are partnering with a local based company that specializes in HVAC Engineering Services. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Senior QS / Estimator as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope and costing.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to develop pricing strategies.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to understand project requirements.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Assist in tender submissions, including compiling documentation and ensuring timely delivery.
• Evaluate and manage risk and opportunities in estimates.
• Maintain a database of cost information and historical project data for future reference.
