IT Governance Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and improve IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO / IEC tailored to the operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Negara Malaysia), and Shariah principles
• Monitor and report on IT performance, risk, and compliance metrics to senior management and the Shariah Committee
• Coordinate IT audits and facilitate remediation of findings
• Establish and enforce SOPs for IT processes, including change management, access control, and data protection
• Collaborate with business units to align IT initiatives with operational and ethical goals
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for cybersecurity and data governance
• Promote awareness of IT governance and compliance through training and communication programs
