IT Governance Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Professional certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC are highly desirable Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT governance, risk, audit or compliance roles Familiarity with insurance systems, operations, Islamic finance principles, and regulatory frameworks

Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and improve IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO / IEC tailored to the operations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Negara Malaysia), and Shariah principles
- Monitor and report on IT performance, risk, and compliance metrics to senior management and the Shariah Committee
- Coordinate IT audits and facilitate remediation of findings
- Establish and enforce SOPs for IT processes, including change management, access control, and data protection
- Collaborate with business units to align IT initiatives with operational and ethical goals
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for cybersecurity and data governance
- Promote awareness of IT governance and compliance through training and communication programs
