Summary We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to drive business growth through the identification and pursuit of government tender opportunities and the development of strong client relationships. This role requires solid knowledge of public sector procurement processes, hands-on experience in tender participation, and the ability to support sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and pursue government tender opportunities aligned with the company’s goals. Manage tender preparation, documentation, submission, and post-submission follow-up. Build and maintain effective relationships with government bodies, clients, and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) to ensure tender submissions are complete, compliant, and competitive. Track market trends, competitor activities, and procurement policies to provide input for business strategies. Support the development and execution of business development plans to drive revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, activities, and tender outcomes for reporting.
