About The Role

You will be the architect of our channel strategy, inspiring a dedicated team focused on driving growth. You will blend relationship management with strategic innovation to have a tangible impact on our journey toward a cleaner, healthier world.
Responsibilities
Develop customer / category 4P strategy and tactics in line with respective heads of national key accounts, building on global 4P strategy. Manage trade marketing budget and define category trade marketing KPIs. Translate brand marketing actions into customer marketing actions. Contribute to category marketing plans with customer and category analysis and promotional strategy; act as key contact for brand marketing teams. Continuously analyze customer position, working with National Account Managers to recommend in-store actions to strengthen Reckitt's category position. Implement category strategies and vision across customers; lead and support execution of Reckitt promotional strategy across customers in line with brand priorities and media plans. Perform ongoing ROI analysis across activities to guide commercial outcomes and support trade spend optimization. Conduct financial modelling to support decision processes (e.g., ranging, promotions). Develop Go to Market strategies for all category reviews with major retailers. Develop, initiate, and execute retailer engagement programs for involved channels. Maintain understanding of external factors and competitor activities within the channel. Contribute to forecast accuracy via timely input into the forecasting process.
The experience we're looking for
Demonstrated leadership in steering a team of channel and account managers. Proven ability to develop strong partnerships across various sales channels. Proficiency in collaborating across functions such as marketing and finance to execute strategic plans. Solid background in customer and channel strategy, alongside sales negotiation skills. Astute business and financial acumen with experience in managing profit and loss. Track record of implementing sales strategies and optimising eCommerce platforms. Expertise in trade marketing and digital engagement with healthcare professionals.
