We are looking for Senior Executive or equivalent talent who major in recruitment and employee disciplines (retailing / pharmacies) to handle recruitment and employee matters.
Recruitment & Employee Relations
Communicates and works closely with internal and external stakeholder by initiating the recruitment strategies for hiring requirement and manpower planning.
Identifies and grows the effective recruitment channel and platforms which are able to attract the right talents and skillset.
In charge of full recruitment process for the specific region / area within the requirement with the objective of right person at the right place.
Handles employee issues like counselling, grievance handling, investigation and enquiry for the specific region / area.
Works with C&B for attractive hiring packages and perks.
Employer Branding
Develops and collaborates with universities and colleges by participating in career fairs, career talks or events.
Manages social networking by constantly updating the internal programs, activities and vacancies for talent pipeline and employer branding.
HR Administration & System
Upkeeps and maintains accuracy for new joiner’s data entry in the system, handles employee personnel files documentation.
Prepares reporting and involves in HRIS recruitment modules testing.
Serves as the PIC for system for respective region.
Serves as the SPOC for regional office administrative.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity, with experience in HR business partnering and multiple HR functions.
Customer service centric, good consultancy skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skill.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferable multi-lingual in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates.
