What You Will Do

• Execute and deliver customer service for all applicable markets in AP, handling procurement, invoice, and employee expense processes.
• Resolve internal and external stakeholder requests related to the procurement process, invoice process, and employee expense management.
• Identify and propose process improvements through daily problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal business customers and other company organizations to resolve process and technical issues across multiple ERP systems.
• Properly and effectively escape issues that cannot be resolved real‑time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and uphold the mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Resolve reconciliation issues within system and / or vendor relationships.
• Effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer service culture.

Salary : MYR 2,800.00–4,500.00.
