Duties and Responsibility
- Lead, manage and supervise daily assignments of the Indoor Sales team to achieve the set sales target.
- The Indoor Sales team handles all enquiries from current and new customers relating to fire extinguishers sales.
- Attend to walk-in customers to our showroom when needed.
- To ensure that the inbound sales team and operations team are working in unison to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist Inbound Sales team on unsolved issues; in regards to Bomba license application, delivery, outstanding payment from customers and etc.
- Prepare monthly sales and walk-in customer reports for Indoor Sales Manager to the management.
- To attend monthly management meetings to share the performance and report.
- Must be well-versed in the usage of ERP and CRM software.
- Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding in Indoor Sales team.
- Be the bridge between the Outdoor Sales team and the Management.
- Assist Managing Director / Executive Director on related matters as and when needed.
Job Requirement
Minimum Degree holder in any field.Must have at least 5 years of working experience leading a sales team.Must have strong communication and people management skills.Result-orientated attitude with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.Proficient in computers with a strong command of the English language.About the Job
