Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Exemplary communication skills and customer‑oriented approach.
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Excellent computer knowledge.
Location & Schedule
Mode : Work from Office – Level 1, Tower 6, Avenue 5, The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Time : 6 am – 12 pm operating hours shift (will have a few shifts in between, 40 working hours per week)
