Job descriptionLanguage : Fluent Chinese & Japanese (spoken and written); JLPT N2 / N1 preferred; English is a plus. Experience : Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome. No prior experience required —comprehensive pre-job and on-the-job training provided. Pressure Tolerance : Able to perform steadily during peak volumes; open to challenges and feedback. Drive & Mindset : Confident, ambitious, and strongly goal / earnings-driven (ownership to deliver results and earn bonuses). Communication & Service : Empathetic yet persuasive; clear written communication; skilled in objection handling and de-escalation.

Responsibilities
- Returns & Repairs Management : Verify orders and policies.
- Service Recovery & Care : Execute remediation plans for delays / defects / mis-shipments (reship, goodwill, concierge follow-up) to turn detractors into promoters.
- Omnichannel Communication : Handle email, phone, LINE, and social DMs with premium etiquette and maintain accurate logs.
- Care & Value-Add Services : Book cleaning / polishing / resizing / refurb services; advise on material care and product usage.
