Quality / Document Control Executive

Supervise the daily operations of the QC team, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. Manage line QA inspectors on schedule planning (including open and close shop events), attendance, training compliance including cross training arrangement. Manage holds lot (such as QDN’s) issuance and release, buy-off gate (3rd Opt, FVI and X-ray) activities and cycle time. Include Line Shutdown as required in QDN (Quality Deviation Notification). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Prepare Quality KPI reports supporting customer and internal. Conduct weekly line audit, follow up audit closure and drive improvement to avoid repeated incidences Execute OPL briefing and compliance across all shift. Perform BOM and Marking buy-off. Document Control : Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the Document Control system. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Fully handle internal spec (Specification, Work Instruction, Drawing, FMEA / Control Plan / OCAP / EAI / HIRARC / LOTO / R&O) Process daily routine ECN generation (spec edit right), Spec & ECN buy-off, route for approval, sent for training, system update & customer approval. Follow up closely with customer on the specification requires customer approval. Maintain & housekeeping on-line active ECN, Spec & Obsolete ECN & Spec system. Handle internal & external request on converting spec to PDF file. Route Internal Spec (Specification, Work Instruction, Drawing, FMEA / Control Plan / OCAP / EAI / HIRADC / LOTO / R&O) for periodic review. Qualification & Experience : Degree in engineering, manufacturing or any field. At least 1 year working experience in quality field. Fresh are welcome to apply.
