Confidential Search : Head of Sales (Modern Trade)
A globally recognized FMCG leader known for its iconic brands and market-leading products is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Sales – MT
This role involves leading sales teams, managing key retail and e-commerce partnerships, and executing growth strategies through effective implementation of the 4Ps of marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth with key retail partners.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to optimize and expand sales and marketing performance.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.Set clear performance targets and ensure accountability through regular reviews.Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.Revenue & Business Growth
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets through 4Ps management.Identify and develop new revenue streams and market segments.Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and partners.Negotiate and close high-value deals.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Requirements :
Ability to manage modern trade channels with at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies.Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience.This is a confidential search, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
