Job Position : Customer Service Specialist (Cantonese Speaker)
Industry : Digital (Printer & Imaging Solutions)
Working Hours : Day Shifts Only (Permanent Off day on Sunday)
Salary : Monthly salary with minimum RM4000 above , plus KPI incentive up to RM200
What You’ll Do :
- Product Support : Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Communication : Handle customer inquiries professionally by providing prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Customer Satisfaction : Be the friendly voice of the brand, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery
