Overview

You will play an important role to guide customers through the project lifecycle and ensure a smooth journey from ordering, design, buy-off, delivery and after-sales service. Use your knowledge to assess what lies ahead at the initial stages of the project, identify information gaps, risks and issues, and decide on the best way to proceed. Effective communication shows respect to customers and enhances their experience working with us.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls on project-related events with the team and customer.
• Involvement in project meetings, project planning and scheduling with internal and external team members.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to BUM and management.
• Prepare and update periodic project progress reports and presentations.
• Track project progress and adjust as necessary.
• Help identify and manage project risks and issues.
