Overview
This position focuses on customer engagement and project award management (Manufacturing industry), by leading project teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating with project team members during project development, trial run build until MP stage.
- Maintain a strong coordination skill with the internal department and external parties to ensure a smooth working procedure.
- Assist in any other special / ad-hoc assignment or project assigned by superior or business travelling with superior from time to time.
- Initiate and conduct new project, project transfer and engineering change with all relevant departments.
- Liaise with customer on new part / project requirement, source for product components / raw materials.
- Coordinate and follow up on sample submission for approval.
- To supervise co-ordinate all activities for purpose of meeting project schedule, cost, quality and specification.
- Liaise with domestic and overseas customer on the launch of new part and transfer of existing part.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering related field.Possess at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing industries.Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.Excellent project management, communication, problem solving and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
