Job descriptionConduct legal research and provide sound advice to management and all departments. Perform due diligence enquiries as required. Liaise and negotiate with financial institutions, solicitors, regulatory bodies, service providers, and other stakeholders. Manage agreements, legal opinions, regulatory submissions, document execution, and stamping. Undertake special assignments as directed by the President / CEO and Chief of Divisions. Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution Minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal firm or in-house legal counsel Strong personal integrity and ethical standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented and diligent in executing responsibilities A collaborative and inclusive work culture Opportunities for professional development and career progression The chance to contribute to impactful initiatives within a respected financial institution
