Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in law from a common law jurisdiction Preferable with 2+ years of relevant experience in the related field is required for this position Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams. Experience in one or more of the following areas of law : HR, personal data protection, real property, contracts, companies, mergers and acquisitions, compliance with BPO industry law High degree of professional ethics and integrity Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information Reporting to the Senior Legal Manager

Job description
- Draft and vet legal documents
- Provide legal advice to business units
- Identify legal issues and recommend risk management techniques
- Engage in negotiations with external parties
- Coordinate with law firms where law firms are instructed
- Handle corporate secretarial tasks
- Handle legal aspects of special projects
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
