about the company A top-tier IT company in Singapore, specializing in printing services and managed IT infrastructure services and other solutions, has partnered with Randstad to find a Commercial Sales Account Manager for their Singapore office. about the job As a commercial sales account manager in the printing and IT services industry you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue. You must demonstrate a take charge attitude, possess strong communication skills, and have relevant industry knowledge. your primary duties include :
Prospecting, cold-calling, and networking to build a strong pipeline and exceed sales targets (monthly / quarterly / annually). Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our customized Printing / IT service value proposition. Staying sharp on industry trends, analyzing the market, and preparing accurate, compelling proposals and quotations. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related opportunities in our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. what we offer
