Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience

in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role.

• You are driven to meet and exceed your targets in a supportive environment.
• Communicate with and support key accounts in both English and Mandarin, providing excellent service to all partners.

Responsibility

• Talk with companies to truly understand their hiring goals and show them how our unique platform features can solve their problems.
• Find opportunities to introduce more of our solutions to your existing clients, helping them get the most value from our partnership.
• Actively look for new companies that could benefit from our smarter way of hiring and turn them into happy customers.
• Work closely with our marketing and product teams, sharing client feedback to help us make our platform even better.
• Manage your sales activities and report on how your customer accounts are growing.
