The Order Management and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle, including processing, coordinating, and fulfilling customer orders. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize order management processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing : Accurately input and process customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company policies.
• Order Fulfillment Coordination : Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Customer Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations for audit and reporting purposes.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline order management and fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting : Generate regular reports on order metrics, fulfillment rates, and customer feedback to support decision‑making.
