Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
- Talent Management : oversee the entire employee lifecycle
- Employee Relations : act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing and resolving employee grievances, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment for all staff.
- Training and Development : identify training needs, plan and coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Operations : oversee all administrative HR functions, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR budgets, and using HRIS to streamline processes.
- Culture and Engagement : champion a positive work culture and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar deputy managerial HR role.Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Experience with HR software and databases.Seniority Level
