Job descriptionDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize sales processes. Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to senior management. Ensure alignment with overall company objectives and strategies.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in sales planning and development within the retail / sales industry.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership skills to manage and inspire a sales team.
- Proficiency in sales and data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
