Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Account Manager to join the Triton Poker team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role is responsible for managing key partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic accounts to support Triton’s commercial growth and brand initiatives. The Commercial Account Manager ensures seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners, maintaining strong relationships and delivering clear, results-driven reporting. The ideal candidate is globally minded and experienced in partnership management within fast-paced industries such as sports, entertainment, or events.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management : Manage and grow global partnerships and sponsorship accounts, ensuring strong relationships and seamless delivery of all commitments.
- Partner Engagement : Represent Triton at tournaments and industry events to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
- Sponsorship & Partnership Strategy : Support : Assist the Commercial Director in executing Triton’s global strategy across partnerships, sponsorships, and business development.
- Business Development : Identify and secure new commercial opportunities across luxury, finance, crypto, and lifestyle sectors.
- Project Oversight : Oversee end-to-end sponsorship activations and commercial projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Events, Legal, Finance, and Production) to ensure smooth delivery of partnership activities.
- Performance Reporting : Track partnership KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve ROI and strengthen commercial outcomes.
- Compliance Management : Ensure all partnerships meet contractual terms, brand standards, and operational requirements.
- Process Improvement : Enhance account management workflows, internal coordination, and communication efficiency.
Qualifications
Education, Experience & Industry Knowledge
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.5-10 years of sociable, client-facing experience, including a minimum of five years of hands-on Commercial Account Management.Prior experience in the gaming or poker industry is highly preferred.Strong industry network and knowledge in Crypto, Blockchain, Finance, Luxury, Automobile, Fashion & Apparel, Beverages, Cybersecurity & VPN, High-End Consumer Electronics, Mental Performance & Supplements, Fitness Brands, etc.Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a proven record of securing new accounts.Proactive and results-oriented with a passion for the gaming and luxury event space.Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Language & Communication
Fluency in English & Mandarin is required for working with diverse international partners.Other Requirements
