We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to build and manage relationships with Media & influencers, develop creative campaigns, and help drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Influencer Marketing :
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suitable influencers (macro, micro, and nano) aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including briefing, contract negotiation, and content approvals.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and performance to ensure quality execution and ROI.
- Manage influencer databases, nurture long-term partnerships, and handle seeding strategies where applicable.
Campaign Development & Execution :
Collaborate with internal teams (brand, digital, product) to align media and influencer activities with broader campaign objectives.Coordinate product launches, events, or activations involving both media and influencer touch points.Reporting & Analysis :
Measure the effectiveness of media coverage and influencer campaigns using KPIs such as impressions, engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversion (where relevant).Compile post-campaign reports with insights and learnings for future improvement.Requirements :
Proven experience in media relations, influencer marketing, or PR.Strong network of media contacts and influencer connections is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
