Overview
What is your mission? As a UI / UX Manager, you will lead and develop a team of talented designers and be responsible for delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences across digital platforms. You will manage the full UI / UX lifecycle—from strategy and research to design execution and usability validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of UI / UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Own the entire UI / UX journey across web and mobile platforms, including planning, user research, workshops, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iterative improvements.
- Conduct or oversee design thinking workshops and usability audits to identify pain points and user needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams to align design strategies with business goals.
- Define and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
- Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs to measure design impact and continuously improve workflows and deliverables.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines for UI / UX initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).Minimum 5 years of hands-on UI / UX design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.Proven ability to lead full-cycle UI / UX initiatives—from research and concept to delivery and iteration.Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and design system best practices.Experience with usability testing, design audits, and analytics-driven optimization.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.Job Segment : User Experience, Quality Manager, Marketing Manager, Engineer, Technology, Quality, Marketing, Research, Engineering
