Brand Operations Executive – Key Account

Role Overview

We are seeking a Brand Operations Executive – Key Account & Channel Support to join our FMCG team. This role is responsible for supporting the General Manager in coordinating promotional campaigns, tracking channel performance, and ensuring smooth collaboration with distributors and retailers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional coordination is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional planning and submit campaign documents to modern trade retailers via distributors.
• Track and consolidate data on sell-in, sell-out, in-store execution, and stock movements.
• Liaise with distributors to resolve issues related to listing performance, stock replenishment, and campaign compliance.
• Prepare data analysis and presentation decks for trade meetings and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Monitor market pricing discrepancies, territory overlaps, and parallel trading issues.
• Gather insights and feedback from distributors to support strategic decision-making by the GM.
• Explore the structure and potential of sub-agents under distributors (observation only, no direct management).
