Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field (preferred). 1-2 years of work experience in any field. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus. Street smart, with good knowledge of local routes, markets, and key areas for field operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in online research and data analysis. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion. Willing to conduct field visits, site assessments, and on-ground operations as needed. Willingness to travel for fieldwork for on-field role (within Malaysia / overseas). Collaborate with global brands and support their brand protection efforts. Gain valuable experience in intellectual property enforcement and market monitoring. Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct online and offline market research to identify potential trademark infringement and counterfeit activities.
- Perform monitoring and assessments across platforms, marketplaces, and physical outlets.
- Assist in coordinating enforcement actions and operational activities with relevant authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, case files, and documentation to support brand protection strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of enforcement measures.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, and operational needs.
